Thirty years of finance, audit and governance, applied to property.
Maurice spent thirty years at KPMG, serving as Partner for nearly two decades and leading the firm's Victoria Audit Practice for five years. Three of those years were spent in London with KPMG's Financial Services Practice.
Most recently, he was Managing Director of Western Melbourne Group. There, he oversaw the design, master-planning and rezoning of a sixty-two hectare site in Tarneit.
Today, that experience is brought to bear across residential, commercial and industrial property. From project feasibilities and capital optimisation to funding structures and governance.

We work the spaces between investors and institutions. Sourcing strategic assets between five and fifty million, often before they reach the broader market.

Holdings are rarely passive. We renegotiate leases, secure permits, structure subdivisions, and unlock entitlements that materially shift an asset's trajectory.

Whether sold off-the-plan, pre-leased to occupiers, or held for long-term yield, every project is structured for a clear, defensible exit from the day it is acquired.
Positioning
We sit deliberately in the middle. Too sharp for the passive investor, too nimble for the institution. It is the most interesting place to work in property.
